Everything you need to know about Earth Collective, our platform, and how we support impact-driven entrepreneurs.
General
Earth Collective is a marketplace platform that connects impact-driven ventures, experienced advisors, and aligned investors across the full fundraising journey. We help founders get investor-ready, build credible advisory relationships, and access capital through structured, transparent processes.
No cohorts, no demo days, no equity grabs. You move at your own pace through a structured readiness process, build advisory relationships on clear terms, and get matched with investors based on mandate alignment. Everything is outcome-based.
Earth Collective is open to startups across all sectors and stages. We put a particular spotlight on ventures with a meaningful impact dimension, whether that is in cleantech, health, fintech, education, agriculture, social enterprise, or beyond. If you are building something that matters and have a credible path to commercial viability, you belong here.
Participant verification, a structured readiness scoring process, and advisor reviews tied to real outcomes. Ventures must reach a readiness score of 3.5 out of 5 before accessing fundraising features. Advisors build a track record through contributions on the platform.
Platform Features
Your venture profile covers team, problem, solution, market, traction, and ask. It becomes your hub for advisor engagement, readiness scoring, and investor matching. A strong profile is the foundation for everything else on the platform.
Before accessing fundraising features, ventures complete a readiness assessment across key dimensions. Reaching a score of 3.5 out of 5 unlocks the Raise tier and opens the path to investor matching and capital raise support. This keeps the investor experience high-signal and the advisor work meaningful.
Once investor-ready, ventures choose between two paths based on raise size and complexity.
The Mission Path is designed for larger raises. A team of up to five advisors forms a mission and acts as a decentralized fundraising team, coordinating introductions, diligence support, and investor engagement. Advisors share a facilitation fee on capital raised.
The Direct Path is a lighter-touch route for smaller raises, focused on mandate-based investor matching without a full advisor team.
Missions are structured engagements where a team of advisors collaborates toward a shared goal. Fundraising missions are the first type available, where a team of up to five advisors supports a capital raise across defined phases, sharing in a facilitation fee on capital successfully raised. Additional mission types are coming soon, including sales missions and deliverable-based missions, expanding how advisors and ventures can work together beyond fundraising.
Earth Collective offers three tiers. Free gives you access to your venture profile and the platform basics. Builder at $50 per month unlocks campaign tools and advisor engagement. Raise at $99 per month unlocks investor matching and fundraising path features, and is only available once you reach the Investor Ready milestone.
For Founders
Pre-seed through Series A. The platform routes you to advisors by domain and stage, and investor matching is based on mandate alignment so you see relevant interest rather than noise.
Through campaigns. You can run feedback reviews, readiness assessments, or live advisory sessions with multiple advisors at once. Campaigns return scored rubrics, structured notes, and prioritized actions.
Illustrative guidance bands: Pre-Seed 0.15% to 0.50%, Seed 0.10% to 0.25%, Series A+ 0.03% to 0.10%. Actual terms depend on scope, cadence, and what you agree directly with each advisor. Mission advisors are also compensated through a facilitation fee on capital raised.
Investors on the platform set mandates covering stage, sector, geography, and check size. When your profile and traction align with an investor's mandate, they can express interest. Founders do not browse or initiate contact with investors directly.
It depends on your stage and goals. A campaign can complete in days. Readiness scoring is self-paced. Missions run across defined phases tied to your raise timeline.
For Advisors
Domain experts, functional operators, and technical leaders with a track record of delivering real outcomes. We value diverse backgrounds and practical experience over credentials alone.
Several streams. Campaigns pay advisors directly for structured contributions, feedback reviews, and advisory sessions. Mission advisors share in a facilitation fee on capital successfully raised, distributed across phases based on contribution. Advisors also earn a referral commission when they bring ventures to the platform that go on to subscribe. Ongoing advisory relationships may also include equity, agreed directly with the venture.
Set your sectors, stages, and availability. When a campaign matches your expertise you can claim it and contribute through feedback reviews, readiness scoring, or live sessions. Payment is released on acceptance of your deliverables.
Yes. Ventures on the Mission Path select advisors to form their mission team. You can also signal interest in specific ventures through the platform. Mission participation is formalized with defined roles and contribution expectations.
A short video is one of the most effective ways to stand out. It does not need to be professionally produced. A 30 to 60 second clip filmed on your phone or webcam is fine.
Record a brief intro covering your background, the kinds of ventures you enjoy supporting, and a closing note. Upload it to YouTube as Unlisted, copy the link, and paste it into the video field on your advisor profile.
The platform has video call scheduling built in. When a call is needed, the advisor proposes available timeslots and participants vote on their preference. The platform facilitates coordination end to end, including the call itself, so nothing needs to leave Earth Collective.
For Investors
You set a mandate across up to 36 matching attributes covering stage, sector, geography, check size, impact focus, and more. The platform surfaces ventures that align with your criteria. You control what you see and when you engage. Founders do not browse investors or initiate contact directly.
Founders build a structured profile and must reach an Investor Ready score before appearing in matching. Advisors provide structured reviews and readiness assessments. You see ventures that have already been through a meaningful preparation process.
This varies by deal and jurisdiction. The platform supports a range from early angel checks through larger structured rounds. Availability depends on local regulations and partner platforms.
Co-investment and syndication are coming soon. We will share more details as this rolls out.
Early-stage investing carries real risk. Our goal is better signal and aligned incentives, not guarantees. Structured records of what was delivered and reviewed remain available for learning.
